Indigo Venture Law Offices takes a "solutions" approach. We start by getting to know each client and understanding their business before applying our legal skills. We are also committed to streamlining the delivery of legal services by offering packaged solutions on a fixed fee basis.

The firm provides legal counsel to traditional and high-tech businesses throughout the business lifecycle: start-up, growth, and succession. Services include incorporation, LLC formation, financing, mergers, acquisitions, employment, compensation (including equity incentive compensation), sales and distribution agreements, software and technology licensing, ecommerce, and Internet-related issues. Attorneys

The firm's Venture Attorneys include both Managers and Legal Solutions Counsel. The Managers, Roger P. Glovsky and John L. Koenig, are corporate lawyers, each having more than 20 years of legal experience, working with privately held companies and entrepreneurs. Roger has worked as outside counsel at two major Boston law firms and as in-house counsel for three software development companies. John has worked as outside counsel at law firms in California and Massachusetts. Both Roger and John take a very practical approach in applying their legal skills to clients' critical business issues. Drawing on personal experience and a creative spirit, the firm works one-on-one with entrepreneurs and CEOs to address legal issues that will help grow their businesses and be successful.

In Massachusetts, we represent clients in Boston, Cambridge, Arlington, Belmont, Concord, Lexington, Newton, Waltham, and Wellesley.
