Steven Pazar has been counseling business clients facing legal issues in the context of complex business problems and opportunities since 1986. His work includes a broad range of corporate matters including: corporate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions; technology and software license agreements; contracts and teaming agreements; litigation management; architect/engineer professional liability; environmental matters; employment matters; aviation liability; and insurance coverage and risk management. He is a creative problem solver who builds strong relationships with both senior executives and operations staff.
Prior to starting his own practice, Steven was General Counsel of Avidyne Corporation, and Assistant General Counsel of BBA U. S. Holdings, Inc., a BBA Aviation, Plc. company. This work involved counseling numerous businesses in the aviation products and services sectors in the US and internationally. In addition, Steven has significant experience counseling businesses in the design engineering/architecture, environmental and construction services sectors.
Steven is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in 1980 and 1983, respectively. He received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1985, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
