About the Name

The name "Indigo Venture Law Offices" was inspired by our clients who are innovative business leaders and entrepreneurs with vision and passion for seizing new business opportunities. The concept of "Indigo" venture was derived from the book Indigo Children by Lee Carroll and Jan Tober, first published in 1999, which describes today's youth as a new generation inspired to change the world, and who have extraordinary talents and abilities that enable them to do it. An Indigo venture is an organization that takes the best qualities of this new generation of people and applies them to business. Our mission as a law firm is to support and facilitate the success of those business leaders and entrepreneurs as they start, grow and manage their "Indigo" ventures.

Indigo Venture Law Offices is a new breed of law firm that is squarely focused on the client's business needs and provides high quality legal services in a cost effective and responsive manner.

People First: Whether it's business or law, people come first. Regardless of the business issue, we consider the impact on people first and then try and solve the problem.

Personal Attention: We do not operate like a big firm. Clients have direct access to each attorney by email, telephone and fax.

Responsive: Our goal is help clients solve business issues when they arise. If not immediately available, we strive to return phone calls and emails promptly, paying attention to the urgency of the client's business situation.

Practical: There is nothing worse for a client than receiving a complex 50-page document from their lawyer, when the client is expecting a simple 5-page agreement.
