Attorneys

Roger P. Glovsky and John L. Koenig are business/corporate attorneys, each having more than 20 years of legal experience, working with privately held companies and entrepreneurs. Roger has worked as outside counsel at two major Boston law firms and as in-house counsel for three software development companies. John has worked as outside counsel at law firms in San Francisco and Wellesley, MA. Both Roger and John take a very practical approach in applying their legal skills to clients' critical business issues. Drawing on personal experience and a creative spirit, the firm works one-on-one with entrepreneurs and CEOs to address legal issues that will help grow their business and be successful.

DIRECTIONS: From Route 95/128: Take Exit 31A (Lexington, Route 4/225) heading east. Go 1.5 miles (pass 3 lights); road becomes Massachusetts Avenue. After third light, pass statue of Minuteman (on right). Take first left after statue (take second left for parking in municipal lot). Second building on right is 9 Meriam Street. Suite 21 is on the second floor, first office on right at the top of the stairs.
